Dosa for Brunch With Avocado

Ingredients for the dosa batter

1 cup Urad Dal

3 cups of rice


Method

first, soak the rice and dal for at least 2 hours

then blend both in the blender

keep the mixture somewhere warm covered for at least 3 hours

add salt and cook until crisp and brown in avocado or olive oil spray


Filling

  • Avocado is great and tastes delicious with this

  • I also added arugula leaves with vegan jack cheese

  • cherry tomatoes

  • you can load it up with spinach and some goat cheese too

It is so filling and so delicious perfect for the Sunday brunches.
